They were available 24/7 and always eager to help. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the fantastic shower. Some aspects could be improved. The design of the bathroom, with glass walls, provided a lack of privacy, which might not suit everyone. The breakfast, while decent, could use a bit more variety for the price. I also noticed some noise from the bar area, hard to sleep at times. All in all, it was a nice stay, particularly for the atmosphere and staff efficiency.
